3. Fondant Cakes

• Fondant cakes are for those who want something much more extra! Fondant cakes require additional artistry and time. We have fixed designs and themes where you can customize your flavors and colors.

4. Bespoke Cakes

• Bespoke cakes are for those who want something over-the-top and completely personalized. Send us your peg and we'll help you craft an ideal cake.

For cakes available on the website, simply "Add to Cart" and check out! Payment venues available are Credit Card or direct bank deposit to a HSBC Bank account.

For custom cakes, here are the steps:

1. Complete the Bespoke Enquiry form.

2. Wait for us to contact you. We will reply via email or a phone call to clarify details if needed.

3. Receive the formal quotation.

4. Accept the quotation

5. We’ll create an invoice and ask you to settle via Credit Card or bank deposit to our
HSBC account

12 servings is a 1 tier, 6" inch round cake

20 servings is a 1 tier, 8" inch cake round cake

24 servings is a 1 tier, 9" inch round cake

32 servings is a 2 tier, 8" inch bottom and 6" inch top round cake

36 servings is a 2 tier, 9" inch bottom and 6" inch top round cake

48 servings is a 2 tier, 10" inch bottom and 8" inch top round cake

• Basic cakes 1 days in advance
• Premiere cakes 2 days in advance
• Fondant cakes 5 days in advance

Bespoke cakes should be finalized and paid for at least 10 days in advance.  The acceptance of your bespoke cake will depend on the availability of our designers. 

Our commissary has a maximum capacity for cake orders accepted in a day.  Your order may be rejected if we cannot allot adequate time and attention to your cake.   Because of this, we highly recommend you
order much earlier than the recommended days required.

There are 2 ways to receive your cake:

1. Lalamove - We book orders via Lalamove, a third party delivery service.

2. Pick Up. You may pick up your cake at our outlet located in Chai Wan.

*If you need your baked goods on a Sunday, we can deliver it on
Saturday.

We require our customers to provide us photo references of cake designs they want and we rework it to make something executable on our end.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity for cupcakes and cookies. For cupcakes, it is 6 pieces per flavor. For cookies, 12 pieces per flavor.

Our most popular flavors are the Classics: Moist Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet, Mocha Fudge Cake.

Our standard 9” inch cakes weigh around 6-7 lbs, and 6” inch cakes weigh 4-5 lbs.

Sweetbites ltd does not permit cancellations. Given enough notice, however, we may permit rescheduling of your cake's delivery.
